Booking Policy

Thank you for your interest in working with me!

In this section you will find information regarding my booking process, pricing, and policies. I ask that you read through this information before filling out my booking form. Visit my FAQ page to learn more about my studio and booking process. I look forward to working with you!

Once you have submitted your tattoo request form I will reach out to you via email to accept your idea and offer you a time slot. Deposit information will be sent to you at that time. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. Deposits are payable via Venmo or Square invoice.

Pricing:​

I charge based on an hourly pricing model of $180 dollars an hour. My pricing reflects not only the time it takes to physically tattoo you, but also time taken to draw, design, and curate your custom tattoo experience.

 

An estimated time range will be sent out in the scheduling email but tattoos can end up taking more or less time depending on many variables. Please feel free to inquire with any questions after receiving your scheduling email.  

 

​Rescheduling:

In the event that you need to reschedule I require 72 hours notice to transfer your deposit to a new appointment.

- If you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours notice you will lose the

original deposit and be required to pay a new one to reschedule.

- If you need to reschedule more than once you will lose the original deposit and be

required to pay a new one to reschedule. Deposits apply only to the appointment and idea originally agreed upon. Changing your design or concept may not be possible, or require a new deposit to be paid.

In the rare event that I need to reschedule your appointment (if I get sick or have some kind of personal conflict) your deposit will remain valid for whenever I can reschedule you. The deposit remains non-refundable in the event I need to reschedule. In the event that I am responsible for a rescheduling, I will do everything in my power to get you rebooked as soon as possible.

 

Conditions that may lead to a forfeited deposit:

- Cancellation for any reason.

- Not showing up to your appointment without notice (no call no show).

- Canceling or rescheduling with less than 72 hours notice.

- Rescheduling more than once.

- Not showing up with a proper ID.

- Making changes to the concept, location, or size of tattoo agreed upon while booking.

- Not notifying me that you will be late to your appointment. 

-Please note that if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment. I understand things happen and will always do my best to accommodate but I book my appointments on a strict schedule and it would not be fair to my later appointments to delay my day.

- Showing up to the appointment with damaged skin in the area we planned on tattooing. This is included but not limited to sunburn, peeling skin, bug bites, rash, and open or healing wounds.

- Showing up to your appointment intoxicated, ie. under the influence of alcohol or any non-prescription drugs.

- Showing up sick to your appointment or displaying any sick-like symptoms.

I reserve the right to cancel and forfeit your deposit at any point if you display behavior that makes myself or anyone in my studio feel disrespected or uncomfortable.

 

These policies help ensure the best outcome for both me and my prospective clients. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
