Gift Cards

Looking for the perfect gift? I’ve got you covered! Gift cards make the perfect gift for the tattoo lover in your life. 

 

To purchase a gift card send an email to Madisonleetattoo.com with the following information:

• Purchasers Name (this will be used to fill out the “From:” section on the card)

• Recipients Name (please type both purchaser, and recipients names as you would like them to appear on the card) 

• Desired purchase amount 

• Your choice of a physical or digital card 

I will send over payment instructions upon receiving your email, once a payment is made I will coordinate a time for you to pick up the physical card or email over your digital card and receipt. 

 

I offer two Gift Card options, physical or digital.

• Physical Gift Cards

  • Beautiful handmade cards you can pick up right from my studio. Physical cards come with an envelope for easy gift giving.

  • Physical gift cards must be picked up in person. Once you order, we’ll coordinate a pickup time that works for you.

• Digital Gift Cards

  • Delivered straight to your inbox, perfect for last minute gift giving or those who cannot pick up in person.

  • You can print it or forward it to your recipient.

Things to Know

• Gift cards can only be redeemed in person at checkout.

• Gift cards cannot be used towards deposits

• All gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

• Please keep your gift cards safe, lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced

• Gift cards expire two years after the purchase date
