To book an appointment please fill out the appointment request form found under the ”Book Appointment“ tab here on my website.
After the form is filled out I will contact you via email to set up an appointment. Please keep in
mind that due to a high volume of inquiries I am not able to accept all requests. Booking is not
first come first serve, I will respond to each fully completed submission but can only accept
tattoos that I feel I am the best fit for.
I work out of a private studio inside Sola Salon Studios in Warwick, RI
650 Bald Hill Rd
Suite 19
Warwick RI, 02886
The salons location is around the back of the building on the side of Raymour and Flanagan.
Once inside you can walk around to the back hallway and find me inside studio 19!
In general I do ask that you come to your appointment alone. I work in a small studio and my
station has very limited space. However, I understand getting a tattoo can bring about a lot of
nerves and it can be comforting to have someone with you. If necessary you may bring no more
than one guest with you. Your guest will be asked to wait in the waiting room during the set up
and stenciling process. Once the stencil is placed, they may come back and sit near you for the
remainder of your appointment. If you arrive with more than one guest I will have to ask the
additional individuals to wait outside of the studio.
*starting in January 2024 I will be switching from a flat rate pricing model to a set hourly rate. All previously agreed on pricing for multisession projects booked before January will remain the same.
I charge $175 Dollars an hour. I can accept payment in Cash, Card, or Venmo.
An estimated time range will be sent out in the scheduling email but tattoos can end up taking more or less time depending on many variables. Please feel free to inquire with any questions after receiving your scheduling email.
Yes a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. Please see booking policy for more details.
I fill my schedule in 3-4 month increments. Update on when my books will be opening next can be found on my instagram @madisonlee.art.
The need for a touch up is totally normal!
Touch ups on my work are free within the first 6 months of your original appointment. If you would like a touch up on a tattoo done by me, reach out via email and I will get you an appointment asap! Touch ups can be requested at any time, my books do not need to be open.
*Atypical damages due to clients improper aftercare will not be done for free and will be charge under my current hourly rate.
I work Wednesday-Saturday roughly 11-7pm. Smaller tattoos may be booked later in the
evening but larger tattoos will require an earlier start time. Please keep in mind that weekends and evenings after 5 are the most desireable time slots and tend to fill up the fastest. The more flexible you can be with your availability the better.
In most cases I do not. If filled out fully, the booking form serves as our consultation. However in
some cases I request a consultation if I need clarity on what you are looking to get done.
As an artist my interests in certain imagery changes a lot. I am currently focusing on pieces I
feel will help me grow and excite me as an artist. In general, I love tattooing fineline black and
grey, florals, fantasy/stylized portraits, animals, and my own pre-drawn designs. I regularly post
pre-drawn designs available for a flat rate on my Instagram. I am always open to hearing any
concepts or ideas you may have even if the idea does not fall under the categories I have listed.
Yes, I am unwilling to tattoo anything hateful or offensive. There are exceptions to every rule,
but in general I am not interested in tattooing any color, realism, logos, patriotic/religious
imagery, or predawn designs created by another artist. I only tattoo my own custom designs.
In general I am also unwilling to tattoo any designs on the groin(regardless of gender), feet, or
face.
Yes and no, but in general no. Some exceptions may be made if the tattoo you are looking to
cover is small or very faded.
I generally define my style as fineline blackwork. I do not tattoo in color except for white
highlights if the design calls for it.
